MI Practice Tip:   It’s OK to Drop the Guilt About Food

March 16, 2015 by Dr. Ellen

game piecesMotivational Interviewing and a Non-Diet approach work beautifully together. You can let your client know that it’s OK to drop the guilt about food, and look inward to her body’s messages about when, what and how much to eat.  Using MI, we are a guide, helping the client to see a new way of looking at these ideas.

Contact me directly  ellen@trainingwithellen.com . I’d love to hear if you have been able to put any of my MI Tips into practice. We may feature you and your business in my newsletter.
