I just found out that there’s a day devoted to gratitude, and what a wonderful idea! What are you grateful for in your life?
For me, it’s having work that I love, people in my life who I love and who love me, my beautiful, peaceful home, and not least of all, my two happy, healthy doggies.
I know that when I focus on the “half full” aspects of my life I feel better all the way around.
One way of becoming grateful is to write a “gratitude list” every so often. Try categories, such as family, friends, home, work, hobbies or other interests.
We all have things about our lives we don’t like, or that aren’t working, but why not focus on what is good about today?
